You want a security system that works and does what it is supposed to do! Lots of people sell and install systems. We have been in the home and commercial security for 10 years. We have been creating customized solutions for our customers that really work. Not just the promise of functions and features and hollow promises when you don’t get what you expect. If you need something special we can do it, and well never say we can do something we can’t or is impossible.

You want professional installers that do the job the right way! We are a licensed low voltage contractor (AZ ROC 218026) We are commercial and residential dual licensed. Our installers work for the company and we do not subcontract out our installations. The installers will follow guidelines of installing the system to code. Not just installing it based on a two week training program. They will take their time to make sure you are satisfied and we will not leave a mess. We know how to run cable and where to drill. We understand construction.

You want experience in a security systems company! The founder of B and M Communications LLC has 20 years’ of experience in the security systems industry. B and M Communications serves companies like Banner Health, Mayo Clinic, Gila River Casinos, DPR Construction, Kitchell contractors, and Mcgough construction. The list of projects we have done may surprise you and we are leaders in the industry.

You need to feel comfortable about the people who come to your home to install the system! Our company has 2,000,000 General liability insurance and 1,000,000 per employee workers compensation as well as a commercial auto policy. Our employees are pre-employment drug tested and background checked with alarm certification through the Arizona State Board of Technical Review. We participate in the contractor’s recovery fund and are bonded for the work we do. Most alarm companies pay their workers as contractors and that could mean they are not covered by their companies plans. Also paying someone as a contractor does not mean they have a contractor’s license and you may be in jeopardy of not being able to recover from an installation that has gone bad.

You want products and features that are easy to understand and use! We have scoured the alarm market to pick the products that are the best, easiest to understand products for our customers. You shouldn’t have to go through a week long training program to understand an alarm system or CCTV system. We know if we give you a product that has too many hard to understand features you will not benefit from the features and will not use them. We will set up features for you and show you how they work.

You want quick service when you need it! We have an after hours phone and someone is always in the office to answer the phone during our business hours. You will speak to a real person. We will always strive to meet our customers’ requests for service as soon as we can.

We care about your personal security and financial security! When you call requesting information about your account we ask for your password to verify you are the account holder. We also safeguard your financial information.

We really want you to be happy with our product! It is a personal benefit for installers to take pride in jobs that go well. It gives us great satisfaction when we can say, we did that. It make us sleep well knowing we did a good service today and we actually did. We also have a Quality Assurance Program. Each installer reports to a project manager. The project manager reviews the work before signing off the installation with you. We keep documentation that makes sure the project will be a success.

We give options! Some people don’t like long term contracts. Our in house contract is one year and includes free service as long as you keep the service. We have options that suit everyone needs and budgets. From low cost installation packages to pay for install services where you own everything right now.

We really have your security in mind! Over the years of installing alarms for homes apartments and businesses we have met many people who have been burglarized. When you have been burglarized you have a fear that it will happen again. We understand at this critical time you are putting your safety in our hands and you expect something that will actually help you feel more comfortable and keep people away.
